Features

When the mixing drum rotates clockwise, ready-mixed concrete that flows into the mixing drum from feed inlet at rear porion of the cone will be pushed towards the drum bottom by spiral blade and turned over along spherical head and then flow forwards; When mixing drum rotates counterclockwise, concrete will be gradually pushed to the outlet along the blade for unloading.

lts hydraulic system is reliable and excellent, of high stbility; The reducer, pump and motor are all imported products, with powerful driving force as well as stable and reliable performance.

Feeding and discharging system adopts reasonable streamline design which guarantees smooth feeding and discharging and no scattering or leakage; The reinforcing plate added at key part enhances the wear resistance.

Discharging chute can rotate 180° in horizontal direction, adapting to different positions of discharging; Since it is equipped with a rocker mechanism, the angle of inclination to horizontal direction can be adjusted at vertical plane for adapting to various height of discharging; Equipped with a locking mechanism, the discharging chute can be fixed at appropriate position during driving the truck.

Mechanical control is adopted for the control system. The control handle is arranged at right and left sides at rear of the truck so that the rotating direction and speed of mixing drum can be controlled synchronously. Therefore, the operation is flexible and convenient and the positioning is reliable.

The control structure and keg for receiving ready-material in cab are optional.
